Four Layer Dinner
A hearty layered casserole combining spinach or broccoli, seasoned ground beef, rice, and cheesy mushroom gravy for a comforting family meal.

Instructions
- Microwave the frozen chopped spinach or broccoli in the package on High for 3 to 4 minutes to defrost, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the crumbled ground chuck until browned.
- Stir in the tomato paste, mushroom gravy mix, water, and basil; cook until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Layer cooked rice in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Add a layer of the cooked meat mixture over the rice.
- Spread the drained spinach or broccoli over the meat layer.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded Swiss cheese over the vegetables.
- Repeat the layers: rice, meat mixture, vegetables, and cheese.
- Top with remaining Swiss cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
