Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cholesterol-free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons bacon bits
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out yolks into a small mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
  3. Add mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, bacon bits, black pepper, salt, and sugar to the yolks and mix well.
  4. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
