Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. French-cut mixed vegetables
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pkg. thin spaghetti
  • olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 large can mushrooms
  • 1 large onion

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Saute mixed vegetables in a small amount of olive oil until tender.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Mix in cooked spaghetti, sesame oil, and teriyaki sauce.
  5. Serve hot, optionally adding fresh tomatoes if desired.
