- Thaw lobster tails.
- With scissors, remove the underside membrane from the lobster tails. Pull out the meat in one piece and cut into crosswise slices.

- Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually stir in the milk, mixing well to prevent lumps.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the soup thickens slightly.
- Add the creamed corn and lobster tail pieces to the soup.
- Season with salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper to taste.
- Cook over low heat until the lobster pieces are white and opaque.
- Serve hot, sprinkling with paprika at the table.
