Ingredients

  • 12 to 14 oz lobster meat, thawed and picked
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 pound ditalini macaroni
  • Miracle Whip or mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Thaw and pick the lobster meat.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice over the lobster meat.
  3. Add chopped onion and diced celery to the lobster.
  4. Mix in mayonnaise or Miracle Whip to coat the ingredients evenly.
  5. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
