Ingredients

  • 14 lb. butter
  • 6 lb. shortening
  • 35 lb. flour
  • 8 oz. baking powder
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 15 lb. white sugar
  • 15 lb. brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vanilla
  • 90 eggs
  • 7 lb. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, shortening, and sugar together.
  2. Add eggs and cream well. Then add dry ingredients.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F for approximately 8 minutes or until done.
