Ingredients

  • 1.5 to 2 lb ground meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large package thin spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Brown ground meat in a skillet with chopped onion and green pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce, stirring well.
  3. Add drained corn to the skillet and stir.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and lower heat to simmer.
  5. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, adding 1 tablespoon Wesson oil to prevent boiling over.
  6. Drain spaghetti and thoroughly mix with the meat mixture.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a large Dutch oven.
  8. Mix in 1 cup of grated Cheddar cheese.
  9. Top with 1 cup of grated Cheddar cheese.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
