Ingredients

  • 2 c. Dannon plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 c. chunky salsa
  • 1 c. sliced black olives
  • 1 c. low fat grated cheese
  • 1 c. jalapeno peppers

Instructions

  1. Combine Dannon plain yogurt and chopped fresh cilantro; mix well. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine refried beans with 1/3 cup salsa.
  3. Spread half of the bean mixture into a flat 2-quart serving bowl.
  4. Spread half the yogurt mixture over the beans, followed by half the black olives, half the remaining salsa, half the cheese, and half the jalapeno peppers, if desired.
  5. Repeat the layering again.
  6. Cover and chill completely.
  7. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
