Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions
