Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 slices onion, chopped
  • 1 large pkg. Philly cream cheese
  • butter
  • salt
  • 1 small jar green olives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar and vinegar.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan and scramble eggs until dry and mealy, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the scrambled eggs to softened cream cheese.
  4. Mix in chopped onion and chopped green olives.
  5. Chill the mixture and serve on crackers.
