Ingredients

  • 1 small package ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 peeled small carrot, grated
  • 1 piece celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 to 3/4 can condensed tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, egg, grated carrot, chopped celery, catsup, soy sauce, and condensed tomato soup in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Place the mixture into a baking dish and shape as desired.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until cooked through.
