Ingredients

  • 1 can lunch meat (Spam)
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can peas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Layer sliced potatoes in a casserole pan.
  3. Add sliced green pepper and chopped onion over the potatoes.
  4. Slice lunch meat (Spam) and layer over the vegetables.
  5. Pour mushroom soup evenly over the layers.
  6. Add water and season with salt and pepper.
  7. If desired, sprinkle peas on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are tender and the casserole is heated through, about 40 minutes.
