Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 2 cups sausage, browned
  • 2 cups crabmeat
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Pillsbury pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the Pillsbury pie crust in a pie pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and cream together.
  4. Add the cooked sausage or crabmeat, shredded mozzarella, and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pastry-lined pie pan.
  6. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until the filling is set and golden brown.
