Ingredients

  • 1 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • 4 c. cabbage
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain macaroni.
  2. Combine the green pepper, onion, carrot, and cabbage, mixing well.
  3. Mix the mustard, mayonnaise, milk, and pepper; blend well.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni.
