Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked yellow squash
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except cracker crumbs, and place in a greased baking casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle crushed cracker crumbs on top.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
