Ingredients

  • 10 c. red tomatoes
  • 2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. hot fresh pepper
  • 2 c. chopped bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter, and core the tomatoes.
  2. Chop onions and bell peppers into 1/2-inch pieces. Dice hot peppers.
  3. Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
  4. Cook over low heat until done.
  5. Pour into pint jars and seal.
