Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Mahatma rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • green pepper
  • onion
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl: Mahatma rice, cream of chicken soup, water, cream-style corn, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, butter, and oil.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish or main course.
