- Roll the mahi-mahi in creole seasoning.
- In a large iron skillet, sauté the fish in butter and sherry wine for 3 minutes.
- Then, bake in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Remove the fish from the oven, take it out of the skillet, and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped green pepper, chopped onion, chopped parsley, chopped mushrooms, dill, garlic salt, tomato sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sherry wine.
- Add the squeezed lemon juice and return the fish to the skillet.
- Sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
