Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the onion and ground beef in a skillet.
  2. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer half the cabbage and half the ground beef; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer the remaining cabbage and ground beef; again sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with tomato soup.
  5. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour.
