Ingredients

  • 2 sliced raw potatoes
  • 2 sliced raw carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 sliced raw onions
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 lb. hamburger

Instructions

  1. Mix the liquid from the can of peas with the can of tomato soup in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Slice the potatoes, carrots, and onions; drain the peas and cut into pieces.
  3. Layer the sliced vegetables and peas in a casserole dish.
  4. Brown the hamburger and spread it over the layered vegetables.
  5. Pour the soup and pea liquid mixture over the top.
  6. Cover the casserole dish and bake for 1.5 hours at 350°F.
