Ingredients

  • 5 lb hamburger
  • 1 can applesauce
  • 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
  • 5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Texas Pete or Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger, applesauce, crushed Ritz crackers, Worcestershire sauce, Texas Pete or Tabasco sauce, garlic powder, and Lipton onion soup until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties of your preferred size.
  3. Cook the patties as you would any hamburger.
  4. Freeze any leftovers for future use.
