Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup shrimp or 6 oz. can of shrimp
  • 6 strips bacon, cut up and browned well
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs lightly in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the milk and beat slightly to combine.
  3. Stir in the shrimp, bacon, cheese, spinach, parsley flakes, and seasoned salt if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 60 to 90 minutes, until golden brown on top and the center is puffed.
