Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet morsels

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and oil, then add the beaten eggs, flour, baking powder, vanilla, walnuts, and semi-sweet morsels until well combined.
  2. Shape the sticky dough into a log shape with floured hands and place it on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
