Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 lb grated Mozzarella
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef and chopped onion until browned.
  2. Drain excess drippings and add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, eggs, and milk; mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour half of the spaghetti sauce into a baking dish.
  4. Cook manicotti noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  5. Stuff cooked noodles with the meat mixture.
  6. Place stuffed noodles in the baking dish with the sauce.
  7. Pour the remaining sauce over the top of the noodles.
  8. Spread extra cheese over the sauce.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
