Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, minced onion, beaten egg, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 16 meatballs.
  3. In a skillet, brown the meatballs over medium heat.
  4. Pour off any fat from the skillet.
  5. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, water, and chopped parsley.
  6. Cover the skillet.
  7. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
