Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Good Seasons honey mustard salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch chunks
  • 1 sweet red pepper, cut in 1-inch chunks
  • 2 bell peppers, cut in 1-inch chunks
  • 1 onion, cut in 1-inch chunks

Instructions

  1. Stir the dressing, orange juice, and vegetable oil in a large bowl.
  2. Add the chicken and vegetables; toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  4. Heat the broiler or grill.
  5. Arrange the vegetables and chicken on skewers.
  6. Broil or grill 3 inches from heat for 16 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through.
  7. Discard the marinade.
