Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • sliced mushrooms
  • sliced green peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the first three ingredients (Accent, catsup, mustard) together to prevent clumping.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients (black pepper, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, soy sauce, sliced mushrooms, sliced green peppers if using).
  3. Pour the marinade over chuck steaks or Spencer steaks.
  4. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Barbecue or broil the steaks until cooked to desired doneness.
