Creamy, cheesy Mexican roll-ups packed with chilies, olives, and spring onions, perfect for parties or snacking, offering bold flavors and easy preparation.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar
  • 1 small can chilies
  • 1 can ripe olives
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic salt until smooth.
  2. Add shredded Cheddar, chilies, olives, and chopped spring onions; spread mixture evenly on flour tortillas.
  3. Roll tortillas end to end and wrap in Saran Wrap.
  4. Refrigerate the wrapped tortillas until ready to serve.
  5. Optional: Freeze the wrapped tortillas for later use.
  6. Remove wrap and slice into 1-inch thick slices.
  7. Spear each slice with a toothpick and serve with picante sauce.
