Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and butter‑flavored Crisco at high speed with a mixer.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract, lemon extract, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in the prepared vanilla pudding mix, all-purpose flour, and buttermilk until the batter is smooth.
- Grease a bundt or tube pan and pour the batter in.
