Ingredients

  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 2 pickles
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except eggs, with mayonnaise.
  2. Place on a nest of lettuce.
  3. Chill thoroughly.
  4. Garnish with a wedge of hard-boiled eggs.
