Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 1 cup canned creamed corn
  • 1 cup stewed tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Put raw carrots, bell pepper, onion, celery, and parsley through a food chopper.
  2. Mix all ingredients together by hand, then press into a loaf shape in a baking dish.
  3. Bake at 375°F until cooked through and browned on top.
