Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine ⓘ
- 2 (12 oz) cans meatballs and gravy ⓘ
- 1 (1 lb) can sliced carrots, drained ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons snipped parsley ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1/4 cup crisp rice cereal, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 10 refrigerated biscuits ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook chopped onion in butter until tender, but not brown.
- Add meatballs and gravy, drained sliced carrots, snipped parsley, and Worcestershire sauce; heat until bubbling.
- Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Mix crushed rice cereal, sesame seed, and salt together.
- Brush tops of refrigerated biscuits with milk, then dip in cereal mixture.
- Arrange the coated biscuits atop the hot meat mixture.
- Bake in a hot oven at 425°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and done.
