Ingredients

  • 48 oz. Ragu with meat
  • 14 manicotti shells
  • 1 1/2 lb. cooked ground meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 3 slices fresh bread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the manicotti shells according to the package instructions.
  2. Prepare the meat filling by mixing cooked ground meat, egg, half of the mozzarella cheese, bread cubes, and milk. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Stuff each cooked manicotti shell with the meat mixture.
  4. Spread Ragu with meat sauce in a baking dish and place the stuffed shells on top.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
