Ingredients

  • 2 cups italian croutons, crushed
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons peppery mustard, Grill Creations
  • 2 tablespoons mixed Italian herbs, Grill Creations
  • 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic, ready to use
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 6 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add beef, sausage, and turkey.
  3. Work mixture by hand until it is well-blended.
  4. Shape into 2 loaves and place in loaf pans.
  5. Top with bacon strips.
  6. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 1 1/4 hours.
  7. Check middle for doneness, and let stand for about 10 minutes before slicing.
