Meat-Za Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups italian croutons, crushed ⓘ
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 2 teaspoons oregano ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons peppery mustard, Grill Creations ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons mixed Italian herbs, Grill Creations ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic, ready to use ⓘ
- 2 eggs, beaten ⓘ
- 1 lb ground beef ⓘ
- 1 lb pork sausage ⓘ
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 6 slices bacon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients and mix well.
- Add beef, sausage, and turkey.
- Work mixture by hand until it is well-blended.
- Shape into 2 loaves and place in loaf pans.
- Top with bacon strips.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for about 1 1/4 hours.
- Check middle for doneness, and let stand for about 10 minutes before slicing.
