Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
  • 3 slices bread
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package frozen corn
  • 1 package frozen green beans

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef or turkey, Lipton onion soup mix, egg, milk, and cubed bread together.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Bake the meatballs at 350°F for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. In a large electric skillet, place frozen corn on one side, frozen green beans on another, and the meatballs in the middle.
  5. Pour cream of mushroom soup mixed with milk over the vegetables and meatballs.
  6. Cook at 325°F for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot.
