Meatballs With Snacking Sauce
Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix well beef, potatoes, onions, seasonings and cream.
- Roll the mixture into marble size balls.
- Chill them until cold.
- Roll balls in mixture of flour and cheese.
- Brown them in margarine and drain.
- Place meatball and tomato wedge on a toothpick or skewer and serve with snacking sauce in a chafing dish.
