Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of tomato soup.
  2. Mix well and form into balls.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining tomato soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour the mixture over the meatballs, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
  5. Stir often.
