Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground venison
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. grated carrot
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. light cream

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Place in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
