Ingredients

  • 4 lb. beef cubes
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 c. onions, chopped
  • 4 c. tomatoes, cut up
  • 6 tsp. tapioca
  • 3 c. broth
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 5 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 12 carrots
  • 6 potatoes, cut up
  • 1 c. celery
  • 4 c. lima beans
  • 4 c. whole corn

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in oil.
  2. Add all ingredients except carrots, potatoes, celery, lima beans, and corn.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Add carrots, potatoes, celery, lima beans, and corn.
  5. Continue baking at 350°F for 1 hour more.
