Ingredients

  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. black olives, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green chilies
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 4 drops Tabasco (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the grated cheddar cheese, chopped black olives, green chilies, mayonnaise, chili powder, and Tabasco (if using) in a bowl.
  2. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture onto each cracker.
  3. Microwave on High for 25 seconds or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
