Mexican Beef Bake

- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned; stir in chili powder and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in taco sauce, drained green chilies, and salt.
- Combine the corn and half of the scallions in a bowl.
- Layer half of the corn mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Add half of the beef mixture on top of the corn layer.
- Sprinkle half of the black olives and half of the Monterey Jack cheese over the layers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining corn mixture, beef, olives, and cheese.
- Cover and bake in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes.
- Top with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, and remaining scallions before serving.
