Ingredients

  • 3 lb. pork loin roast
  • 2 lb. pinto beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 small cans green chilies, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large pan or crock-pot.
  2. Cover with water and cook slowly for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Stir and break up the meat.
