A hearty Mexican hot dish layered with chili, beans, cheese, and tortilla chips, perfect for cozy family dinners or casual gatherings with bold flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chili
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package tortilla chips
  • 1/2 pound grated cheese
  • 1 small can green chilies

Instructions

  1. Mix chili, Ranch Style beans, chopped onion, mushroom soup, green chilies, and milk in a large bowl.
  2. Spray a casserole dish liberally with Pam cooking spray.
  3. Place a layer of broken tortilla chips in the bottom of the dish.
  4. Spoon a layer of the meat mixture over the chips.
  5. Repeat layering chips and meat mixture, ending with a topping of grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  7. Optional: Divide and freeze leftovers for future use.
