Ingredients

  • 1 (5 oz.) can green chilies
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Place chilies in the bottom of a 7 x 10-inch baking dish.
  2. Beat eggs lightly and mix with remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture over the chilies.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut into small squares to serve.
