Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bag macaroni
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger meat until done.
  2. Add chili powder to the meat and mix in.
  3. Add chopped onion and green pepper; cook until soft.
  4. Add tomato sauce and corn; mix together.
  5. Heat to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
  6. Cook macaroni until tender, then drain.
  7. Place cooked macaroni on plates.
  8. Spoon the meat mixture over the macaroni.
  9. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
