Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 16 oz. picante sauce
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the hamburger until browned.
  2. Add taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Spread refried beans over the cooked beef.
  4. Mix sour cream and picante sauce together to make a sauce.
  5. Layer the beef mixture and sauce in a serving dish.
  6. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
