Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 cup tomato soup
  • 1 cup cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles slightly before assembling.
  2. Crumble ground beef and diced onion and place in a microwave-safe baking dish.
  3. Microwave on High for 6 minutes.
  4. Stir in chili powder then add the cooked noodles on top.
  5. Mix together cream of mushroom soup, water, and tomato soup.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over the noodles in the dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Cook for 10 minutes on High, then 20 minutes on Medium.
