Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 trout (about 12-inch each)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 egg whites, beaten slightly
  • parsley sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the trout under cool water and pat dry.
  2. Season the trout with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine garlic powder, Italian bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix well.
