Microwave Flo'S Quiche

Instructions
- Spread grated cheese evenly over the bottom of the baked pie shell.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, evaporated milk or heavy cream, cayenne pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese in the pie shell.
- Sprinkle French fried onion rings over the top of the mixture.
- Microwave on 50% power for 12 to 14 minutes, or until the center is firm.
- Let the quiche rest for 5 minutes before serving.
