Microwave Stroganoff

- Cut the beef into thin strips and dredge in flour.
- Combine the steak, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper in a 2 1/2-quart microwave-proof casserole.
- Push the meat to the center of the casserole and set aside.
- Wipe the mushrooms with a damp towel and cut into thick slices.
- Arrange the mushrooms and sliced onion around the meat in the casserole.
- Cover with the casserole lid and microwave on high for 7 to 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the sour cream before serving.
